To make sure that your data is secure, we have incorporated many processes and procedures to protect the entire PerformanceDelta computing environment.

Physical Environment:  All PerformanceDelta application and database hardware systems are hosted in a SAS 70 Type II Compliant facility hosted by RackSpace, Inc.  The hosting environment has 24-hour physical security and network monitoring by on-premises staff, redundant generators, redundant power sources, redundant network feeds, and other redundant systems.

Network Environment:  All PerformanceDelta application and database systems are protected by firewalls. 

Backup systems:  All PerformanceDelta application and database information is backed up on a daily basis to a secure off server location.

Data Encryption:  Sensitive data such as passwords are stored in an encrypted form in PerformanceDelta databases.  In addition all application traffic is encrypted using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

Disaster Recovery:  All PerformanceDelta production systems are housed in Texas with multiple back centers across the globe.
